man i really wanna get out of the game industry this SUUUUCKS. the job listings are dry and scarce, everybody wants seniors and leads and that's it!!!

Games is hard. You can literally only do it if you got no regard for burning yourself out at a very young age. There's a reason we call seniors "Veterans" because you push through shit deadlines with shit harassment from all sides - the community, your superiors, males - just to ship and maintain a game. I wish I could go back and tell my younger self to not go into the industry cuz it's just all bad now.
